created a countdown timer with a reset button and two completion animations (flash + pop)
flash -> text flashes 5 times (can be changed to be shorter or longer)
pop -> text grows and then pops (similar to a balloon)
note: this timer wasn't added anywhere in the app.js file since I wasn't too sure where it should go!
